Blogging Day 2

Alright, nothing new, but I like this new toy. Tried to explain blogging last night to some friends who don't spend a lot of time on the 'net. They didn't get it.

"Why would you need to do that?" one said.

"Well, I don't know that you NEED to do it, but it's kinda cool," I replied. "Some people have really cool blogs, funny things, clever things, interesting things. And it's probably fun to go back and read your old blogs."

"Are yours cool, funny, and clever?" the other one asked.

"Interesting?" the first one said expectantly.

"Um...not yet," was my sheepish response.

I'll work on it...

Blogging for the first time

Yes, highly unoriginal first blog, but being a baby blogger, I decided creativity can come later. (Hopefully not too much later). The whole selecting a url name was very stressful -- especially since the one I really wanted was taken. Couldn't believe that I wasn't the only person in the entire world who wanted it. Damn that person.

Alright, first stab is done. Let's see what it looks like...
